How can FlexOps help me as a digital agency owner?
There’s no "template” or pre-determined way that we work with agencies. Every agency is different, and while their might be similarities, we place great importance on understanding both you - the owner - and your business. With that in mind, we never work with an agency owner without doing a “Discovery” session to kickstart the partnership.
What does a “Discovery” session include?
The purpose of the discovery session is two-fold.
1) It's my way to determine if your business is one that we can help - genuinely
2) It gives digital agency owners the time and space to think about their business in a way that they maybe don't often get the chance to do
This is an opportunity to disconnect from the day-to-day and see what comes up.
We'll usually spend ~3 hours with owners for this session. Once we've done that, you'll get an overview of our findings and recommendations, plus our proposal for how we'd work together.
This session costs €745 (+ VAT, if applicable).
Importantly, We'll let you know if we don't think we can help or if we don't think you need help right now.

We'll be able to lay the foundations for the next 30-90 days so that you'll have clear tracks ahead of you, regardless of whether we play a role in things in the future.
What does a “Partnership” involve?
If you’re stressed or overwhelmed, feel your agency is at a crossroads, or simply could use some support, our partnership is for you.
Simply put, We help founders develop a strategy or plan to grow their business and implement that plan.
You can see us as a "tool" / business partner who can help you gain the clarity you seek to steer your business in the right direction and grow it.
Ross will take a structured approach during the 1:1 sessions, but there is flexibility every month—we know what it’s like running an agency.
We work with agency owners on a monthly basis, which involves:
— Discovery and Onboarding
— Initial 90-day Plan + Focuses
— Monthly Sessions (in-person + online)
— Weekly Check-In
— On-Demand Support & Feedback
Each partnership we currently have in place is specifically tailored to that agency and agency owner.
We usually spend between 4-8 hours per month with agency owners, and our partnerships start at €1,250 per/month.
We’d recommend expecting to invest in the partnership for between 6-18 months, depending on our findings from our discovery session.
